I want to share my personal opinion with this state Bank of secure otp app.
I’m registered user of sbi. I never get security opt from this app. If I don’t get secure otp then there is no use of this app.
I had visited branch for this issue but they saying call customer care & customer care sayings visit branch.
Very dull & old school ui. Need to improve app
