Our Treadmill bought form Stayfit worked fine until the warranty period. The servicing guy has only suggestion of replacing the part for any issue in any portion of the equipment. They cannot or not trained enough to fix issues. I replaced belt, bed and motor as they could not repair it. Every time each of these parts cost 7k to 9k. There was some issue with motor after 7-8 months and they replaced it. They gave 1 yr warranty on the bed but the servicing guy(Jagadish) orally assured nothing will go wrong for 4 to 5 years. But there is a crack on the bed on 14th month and they won’t take up responsibility of it any more. Some lady called to take feedback, but they never called back again after hearing about faulty bed. There was another issue in the board and as expected I was told that it has to be replaced. I called Sudarshan(possibly store manager) and had to shout at him badly. They fixed the issue and it didn’t cost me anything. Be careful and ask all the right questions if you still want to buy something from Stayfit(Jayanagar).
