I would like to shared my experience of booking hotel on stayzilla.com last year . I had booked hotel through this website in derabassi . I had seen first through Oyo rooms but this website Gav m lesser price same room thts y I preferred but when I booked and called the host for confirmation of booking he refused about booking and said talk to customer care of stayzilla, even I paid whole amount online . That’s make m so annoyed two day till my matter not sorted bcz one side my exam date and other side not booking confirmation so make me trouble till matter not sort out. Overall website is gud and informative depth and customer care too provide support gud but first tym experience not so gud .
