Guys on the behalf of my personal experience I want to share my reviews on Stepinn hotel guys I didn’t like this hotel because of the following issues: -
Parking Issue: - guys this hotel have a very small parking place and which is always full. When we went to this hotel we don’t find parking place we are in trouble about where to park our car so we had to park our car from 550m away from the hotel .
Room quality: - guys room quality is not so good there is no proper cleanliness and the room is not cleaned properly the room is very short and has only one double bed.
Charges for the Room : - guys the charges for the room are not acceptable and not justified and they charge too much for a D grade quality room .
Bathroom problem : - guys bathrooms are not cleaned properly and there is too much smell in the bathroom and the bath tub is broken and the shower doesn’t work properly and the flush also doesn’t work properly.
WiFi issue : - guys before we rent a room we are told that we get high speed WiFi but that’s not true we get WiFi but the speed is only about 50 kbps and we face a lot while playing online videos.
Charges for Food : - they charge too much for food and the quality of food is not so good they charge 2000rs for the dinner for 5 people and that is so high .
Guys really disappointed with the service they offer to the customers and their prices are not acceptable they charge too much and have a lot of issues.
- You don’t get TV in the room : - guys TV is the basic requirement while renting a room in a hotel but in this hotel you doesn’t get TV in your room
Guys this hotel is very disappointing and have a lot of issues in room .
