STERLING HOLIDAYS RESORTS, INVESTORS COMPLAIN

IN THE YEAR 1996, I HAD PURCHASED THREE TIME SHARE PROPERTY VIDE CUSTOMER NO.59722 (FOR COORG) & NO.83458 & 83459 (MAHABALESHWAR). TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT BUILT THE PROPERTY AT COORG & MAHABLESHWAR.


EVERY YEAR THEY USED TO PROMISE US THAT IN DUE COURSE OF TIME PROPERTY


WILL BE BUILT. IN TURN THEY USED TO GIVE US POORLY MAINTAINED WEEKS STAY AT ANY OF THE RESORTS. IN MOST OF THOSE RESORTS LIKE- DARJILING, MUSSORIE, PURI, WE USED TO FACE STINKY CARPETS, LACK OF HOT WATER SUPPLY, POOR ROOM SERVICES ETC.


SINCE 2012, THEY HAVE STARTED TO LEVY YEARLY CHARGE OF RS.3343/- (FOR COORG) & RS.2163/- (EACH FOR MAHABALESHWAR) TOWARDS ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHARGE.


I TALKED TO THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPT. MANY TIMES BUT FAILED TO UNDERSTAND AS HOW THEY CAN LEVY ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHARGE FOR THE PROPERTY WHICH THEY HAVE STILL NOT BUILT?


I THINK ANY PERSON WHO WISHES TO BUY ANY TIMESHARE FROM STERLING SHOULD


THINK TWICE. THEY HAVE ALWAYS CHEATED THEIR CUSTOMERS.
