Sterling resorts are trying to cheat people
They promise holidays by taking money throughout the year and for 25 years
Now they have changed their policy and they are telling you are not eligible for booking as this is purple season
They don’t you think it is cheating people for booking who have paid 4 lakhs in advance and are white season members earlier they used to deduct points
Now when I questioned their sales person about the change in policy, he is asking me to read terms and conditions
Do they do this while taking membership
If possible take them to consumer forum
