I was told that I will be given my 100% refund in 5-10 days, this was told to me by Miss Geeta from Chennai, this is after I was shaken by the response and poor service from mumbai customer care(Miss Kachnar), who first told me that I will be refunded and then denied the refund dates and by again extending the refund dates.
Is this some kind of joke that I have been troubled here and none of the Sterling employee is ready to take responsibility and get my refund. I have been following up all the time and every time every single person is promising me and giving me future dates for refund
I have been troubled from the first day and all I have been getting is very very poor service.
I was told that miss Geeta (Chennai Manager) will call me on Monday i.e 28th April but she failed to do so and I have not received my 100% refund and its been more than 45 days since I was cheated by Mr Munjhu, who was the sales executive from mumbai who had come home to give the Sterling offer, but after confirmation call I was clear about the miscommunication and misinformation that was given to me by the exec in order to just get a sale.
Every single time I have to call the customer care (either Mumbai or Chennai) which takes at least 9 avg minutes to connect the call, and my time is being wasted every time and no results have been shown.
I ask? what kind of a professional service is this by Sterling where you massively fail to give customer support, every person is just trying to ignore the matter and is taking things lightly.
The data base is so poor, that I am still getting calls (cold calls) or sales call.
Mr DananJayan P is giving me confirmation but is not bothered to take a feedback of its services offered and customer support, whereas miss Geeta is also delivering fake promises and ensures better service which is not seen.
Is anyone serious to understand customers? thats the question?
I have been very irritated with such kind of customer support.
