I receive a phone call from Sterling Holiday to attend a presentation and take a free gift voucher. I was attended presentation with my wife in Bhopal on 25 May 2017 after presentation that fellow give me a paper voucher for 3 day 2 Night holiday at Sterling Resort .In that voucher it is mentioned that I will get a link in my registered mail ID to book holiday but till date I have don’t received any mail from Sterling. After that I contacted the same fellow on mobile no+918286467772 he said he will resolve the issues.But now he is not responding my call and I also not getting any support from Sterling call centre.Now I feel that I was cheated by Sterling Holiday and Now I have no option to aware public about this using social media really if I take a membership than how I book holiday everytime if they are not giving any response in first time So now I give a complaint to consumer authority for same and requested all please not trust on Sterling they are cheaters for information please.
