I bought this bike from Sterling Honda pimpri center and as soon as the bike was delivered it developed a fault. When I showed it to them, they said it is a minor fault. Although it was corrected but that is not one expects from a new brand bike. Recently they have started taking only 100 bikes for servicing per day, so to get your bike serviced you need to stand early from 7 in morning and wait for the counter to open.
If you are bit late then your bike wont be taken and you will have to come the next day and again stand in queue. This is the kind of service which is being given when all
the companies are doing anything to retain customers. Moreoever they close after 6, so after office you cant even pick up your bike or go to the service center which is another pain.
This is highly irresponsible attitude of the center and I think people should refrain from buying from there and go to some other Honda center.
