My mom got diagnosed with Breast Cancer
Approached Sterling & under guidance of Dr. Jatin Desai she has undergone surgery.
Now she is under guidance of Dr. Neeraj Bhatt for Chemo.
Both the doc were quite calm & composed.
Yes! Other reviews rightly said: Dis hospital is crazy for bills!
Be surprised if you get a bill less than 50, 000
My review would be:-
1> Washrooms: Quite bad(General Wards)
2> Floor cleanliness: Bad(Both for IPD & OPD)
3> Room freshness: Not really impressive(General wards)
4> Operation Theatre: Ok-Ok
5> Nursing Staff: Quite polite & helpful - Must admit
6> Security Staff: No Comments:)
7> Supporting Staff(Cleaning): Quite helpful
8> Resident Doc: So-So
9> Reception: "Show me the money"
10> Billing: Worst: You get billed for admin charges(10% for General ward, 15% for others - even if admin team has no major role) - Chemo medicines depend on the package you take - if you take medicines of company like Cipla / SunPharma(Generic), your package increases heavily. OT charges depends upon the room type you book! While OT is still the same
11> Lab: Nice!
Overall, since my mom was treated well(I was the attendant), I would rate good for this particular experience
