I have been to ooty for this vacation with my family of seven people for three days, i stayed in sterling elk hill resort, they gave me 3 double bed room, the rooms where horrible and the bathroom door wasn’t able to lock from inside, tv was there but with picture tube wasn’t working i have informed to the reception but they are least bother to change for whole three days.the food is very expensive, one veg noodles is rs.250 it is not worth for that money, i was very much disappointed on my whole trip because of accommodation. I’m ashamed to say that i am a member of sterling resorts.they least bother about members.beware before you book in sterling group of resorts.
