As a regular shopper over internet, I have decided to take a call for shopping
over storeguru.com. I took 2 watches and Nokia wireless handsfree(altogether
4200 RS). After couple of days, I got call from their customer support for
verification. It was good atleast to make sure that you are the one who placed
order. After few days I got delivery of my first dispatch(2 watches) as a part
of whole consignment through TNT courier.
Till this point, it was ok excluding
delay in compare to other online shops. But when I open the dispatch pack, I
found that they have sent only 1 watch attached with invoice for 2 watches. That
was so disappointed at first place, when I tried helpline at 10 AM on next day;
it said that it is closed for the day and will be open for weekdays between 9.30
AM to 6.30 PM. Again in afternoon, I called and I found that no one has picked
my call. It happened 3 times. Finally I wrote complaint in their web site. But I
am still waiting for response.
The waiting mode is still on for another dispatch
for my nokia bluetooth wireless handsfree. Friends, this was to put it in your
notice that even if the good "Network 18" name is behind this; it really
senseless for this sort of issues. I dont recommend it unless I get the
solution.

FYKI pals, handsfree dispatch arrived on 23/05/08(ordered on 06/05/08) and another watch after 2 working days which was missing on first delivery.(Product ships in 7 working days)
