The onboarding process on Stoxbox is very slow and frustrating. It took me over a month to complete all my verification and get my documents checked. The relationship manager is not at all supportive and does not respond on time most of the time. You have to manage everything on your own. When I submitted my bank details, the app verified them and I started using the account. However, when I wanted to book my profits and transfer them from my wallet to my source account, Stoxbox wanted to verify the details. My funds were locked in. However, the surprising part is, that I was still allowed to deposit money into my wallet from the same account and trade.
This is not acceptable and does not reflect well on the company. Both their email and phone support are unresponsive and keep you waiting. I have switched to Groww after this experience and do my own stock research.
