STREE is based on folklore and a myth that was found acceptance in several states across India. Set in the Madhya Pradesh town of Chanderi.
Stree is good horror cum comedy with lovely performance by Rajkumar Rao, his two friends and Pankaj Tripathi who’s a natural when it comes to acting.
The songs in the movie is totally unnecessary but I guess to ensure that picture stands a good chance to make money.
The movie could have been edited a bit better as at 145 minutes, the movie was about 15-25 minutes too long.
Overall this movie is a good commercial with a deeper insight.
