Hi all,
I had ordered a pair of boots worth Rs.899/ from SSS last month. I paid online(biggest mistake!) I waited very excitedly for the pair. I though since I live close by to the office address they have provided on the site, ill receive them soon. But I dint receive them for 2 weeks. I tried calling on the number they have provided on their site for 3 days. There was either no answer or the lines were busy. I got little suspicious and browsed for their reviews on the net. I was shocked to see sooooooooooooooo many negative reviews all across the websites. I mailed somebody from SSS asking about my order. I dint get a reply for a few days but from other person(Nancy) I received a mail, telling me that the boots are out of stock, so, I should choose another pair. I replied to her saying that I need to speak to them. so, please provide me with a functional number. She replied to my mail saying that at the moment there is no number, if I have any queries I can correspond through mail.
Though I was really pissed off with them but I still checked their site for a new pair. I was shocked to see that the pair which I had ordered initially was still available(my size). This act of their definitely showed that they were duping their customers. on one hand they were selling their shoes and on other hand they were telling that it is out of shock. It is a sheer act of cheating!
After having a proof that they were cheating, I wrote a mail to Nancy wherein I blasted out at them and told them that if they don’t return my money ASAP(regardless of their policy), ill take a strict action against them. Also, telling them that they are dealing with a lawyer. So, no more cheating will be tolerated.
Next day I received a mail from them that they will return my money. I received back my money last week.

Do NOT shop from this website.
Before u buy from any new website plzzzz check the reviews.
If your money is stuck with them, have your foot down and get your money back.
