Ticket number [#282431] Order- 632093 - We purchased 3 shoes for 999 but received only 2 and when we raised a request for return on 27th May the team did not bother for the return. Customer’s money is peanuts for them, Even we work as customers team and make it sure all the issues are taken care on time properly but these people blocked my friend who posted here for her money which she earns harder way. We requested for an exchange but they are sitting ideal doing nothing. This is a bad company to purchase and has a terrible way of dealing customers, I know even I will be blocked here but will not spare you all till things are taken care off as I will reach out to other social media forums as well and if you keep doing such nonsense and the issue is not resolved in next 48 hours I assure I will reach out to consumer court for my friend and make it sure you all repent your deed as I know how grievance team works and what is the next step to be taken. Better do the needful or else face it right on 17th June at 12:49 PM
