I emailed customer service for returns of a purchased product - I got a cut paste standard email showing me how to initiate a return online via my account.
They did not even bother to read my email wherein I said the size is not available in the options when I go to the Returns section!
I emailed them again - this time no reply for almost 2 months.(The product lies at home unused)
Suddenly out of the blue I get an email from customer service - that they do not have a refund policy, can only exchange.
I replied again that my size option isnt on the website - how do I exchange.
I again received a standard email showing me the procedure to exchange!
Guys - wake up - this is not how an e-commerce website should work - poor customer service, no interest to even read the customers email.
Product is average at best!
