I had heard about great offers that this online store provides. So I placed an order for 3 sandals at 999/-. I knew it was a great deal even though I had heard from few girl-friends that they take a very long time to deliver. We weren’t in a hurry anyways so I went ahead with the order. The surprising part was that, the order was delivered within a weeks time & my sister was all smiles.
The product quality is great & the size seemed to be perfect for her. She started using it & within less than 10 days one of the flats literally expanded & now they feel a size larger for her. She keeps tripping while using those sandals.
So I wrote in to their customer care & received a blunt response that, as per their policy exchange is possible only within 7 days. I requested them to consider my request & exchange it as it would be of no use to her anymore.
I again received the same blunt response with their sincere apologies. I understand their need to stick to their policies but I wish they would have 30 day returns/ exchange policy. That was the only sour part of my experience. Else, it was a good experience all in all.
