I purchase shoes but that is defected

I am not satisfied, I purchase two set of ladies shoes but both set are not comfortable and one of is defected. I drop mail two time to replace these product but no reply I wast my 1200/- for purchase this product in this site. I will not recommend this website for purchase purpose.
