Not at all reliable.. I bought 3 pairs for 999/- online (attracted by the offer ofcourse) but it’s been more than 35 days and it has not been delivered. I don’t even know if they are dispatched yet. They don’t pick up calls at all. No support.. no replies to complaints over their portal.. just a standard answer that the order you made is HIGH IN DEMAND. We are making it on PRIORITY and sending it your way. I don’t know if priority works this way then how do they otherwise deal with customers???
No order cancellation or refund policy.. pathetic experience.
