I ordered for 6 shoes from this godforsaken website - 6 shoes came but the sizes of 5 shoes was completely wrong & inconsistent & one of the 6 was different from what we ordered. Then I wrote them saying I needed to exchange these.
After a few days someone from GoJavas - a totally different company - came & took the shoes away WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY SHOES IN EXCHANGE - now it has been more than two weeks that I have no clue of what has happened to those shoes! I paid 4800 for those shoes & now all I am left with are 2 pairs out of 6!
I emailed them SEVERAL times but I only got an automated response - only once did I get an email from an actual person - yogender - but without any personal email - the mail was sent from the official helpdesk WHICH SHOULD BE REALLY CALLED THE OFFICIAL VOID OF BLACKNESS BECAUSE NOTHING HAPPENS THERE THAT IS EVEN REMOTELY HELPFUL! RUN AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE - IT IS THE WORST!
