CEO/Emerging Market Head and Lot of other BU heads have resigned / been laid off recently. Company is not in good Shape.
Don’t get lured into Fortune 500/NCR/Medical Device stuff , they lure people to ultimately spoil their careers.
Not a good Company for Sw/EE/Embedded guys.Its a ME Company.
Lot of Hiring and firing.
If you can spend a weekend with your manager doing shopping for him playing badminton, swimming together or Siping a glass of beer, your future will be safe.
nO business Ethics, any body can give you any explanations,
Managers sitting here are typical lala’s who all have houses in gurgaon with big loans they will do anything to save their asses, least concerned about employee and its future.
If still you are thinking of joining Striker, atleast talk once to ex employees.
No respect to employees
Advice to Management
You have hired a lot of undeserving people (people from Call Centres etc.) because of which deserving people have left and are all having bad Image, remove them, appease ex employees then only you have a future in India.
Otherwise, times are not far ... forget people working here they will stop buying stryker products too.
This is not US, this is India!
Another important thing is that they are deleting reviews on glass door. so you wont get actual reviews there.
