Very Generic

This topic has been discussed in many fora, and thus discussions have become quite generic. Ok here’s my 0.02 cents, I’ve studied in both India and the US. The Indian education system sucks. There’s no planning at any level, be it school or college. The system depends on putting a heavy burden in the volume of subjects on students in order to compensate for the lack of other facilities in education. Hence students in general do not enjoy the education but go through the hoops.

In the US the system is relaxed with the students having choices in education. Granted course work is more difficult and depends on the student to get the results.

Your comment on ’’Pakistani students are far ahead of Indian students in this enterprunership.’’ was out of context and was not given any supporting arguments.

Ultimately its the quality of education which helps a student to perform in the current work environment. Given 2 students of similar intelligence and work habits, the student studying an average university in the US ( my knowledge is limited only to the US) will definitely perform better at the workplace than the student at the Indian university, simply because he would be learning more skills like time management, work culture etc. better than he would if he were to study in India.
