It’s an open learning platform which helps student learn different educational subjects.
The platforms offer different subjects such as

2) A library of lessons: Tutorials are made of different subjects making it easy for students to choose from different subjects.
3) Quick Topical Test: After taking on line tutorials students can evaluate themselves by taking test.
4) Study Room: It a forum created to discuss doubts and helping each other.
Overall its a good platform to study but if you are preparing for competitive exams its not a good platform because it will not give you notes required for acing the exam.
I would not recommend it to Indian students who are giving university exams but you can visit this for getting some practical knowledge in your free time.
