There is a Outlet for Home Interior Decoration at Marathahalli(Bangalore)named "Style Decor". It runs by a guy called Suresh. Unfortunately we have done our Wood Work & Modular Kitchen for our Flat from them.
We had a very bad experience with Style Decor. Suresh is very sweet in words & he will promise many things before he gets the Order & Payment. He stoped responding to our Phone Calls once we paid 50% Advance. After a long chase, he did the work.
But he was trying to cheat us with false measurement of woodwork units & submitted a Bill of Rs 3, 10, 000 for Kitchen & woodwork in 3 Bedrooms. We had doubts on his Bill & we did the measurement by ourselves again.Upon actual measurement, his Bill came out to be 2, 75, 000 which was Rs 35, 000 less than the actual. All the actual measurement was done in front of him. Once he realised that his crooked plan of cheating us was going in vain, he created a scene at our house & threatened us of Goondagiri if full amout is not paid. He shouted in front of our Flat.We paid him his full due of Rs 2, 75, 000, but not his Bill amout of Rs 3, 10, 000.
Customers dealing with Style Decor should rethink before finalising anything with them. Suresh is a stupid guy & his real behavior comes out only when he is caught of cheating.
Style Decor woodwork quallity is also no good. For modular woodwork since materials are machine fabricated & comes from Factory, the main point which matters is the precision of fixing them. Fixing & Finishing was poor. Also there was large deviation from the original design & drawing. Once materials come from Factory already fabricated with wrong design, Sureas will say nothing can be done at that stage. Again they don’t deliver the work in time.
The reason we wrote this negative review about style Decor is that future Customers of Style Decor should not get victimised by Suresh.
