I purchased a few cosmetics from Stylecraze. Yes, I read multiple reviews before I made the buy. I ordered for gloss and compact. I was happy to receive the package within 3 days. When I opened it, I noticed one gloss tube was leaking. While I originally thought it was leakage, I realized the tube is punctured. However, I thought nothing can be done about it.
I wrote to their Customer Care and stated the one product was damaged and that, using it would be difficult. I don’t even think I asked them to sort it out! I was surprised, when I got a call in less than fifteen minutes. The best part. They sent a replacement right away and picked up the old product. I was extremely happy .
