I got to this website beause of the offers they were giving. Their buy 1 get 1 free offer attracted me and I browsed their website. It was quite easy to browse and search what I was looking for. Everything looked good and eye catchy, but the worst was coming.
I had ordered 2 purses from their buy 1 get 1 free offer. Received it within a week which was ok. The bad part was when I got the products, I really didn’t like the look of it. Both looked cheap like the ones you can get in the roadside. Even their description of the material was mis-guiding, the material was totally different. The worst part was when I requested for returns, they said they had no returns or exchange policy. I was stunned, I kept requesting them for returns as the description was misguiding, even the size was different. But they never replied. I had such a bad experience that I am never ever going to shop from them again.
Had bought the purses for 799rs. The original price in the roadside would have been maximum 100rs for one.
