Everyone must know whats happening to Su kam invertors in Kolkata .Bought 8 nos of different models including one no of 10 kva, Invertors and all failed within 2 - 3 months of installations. The dealer M/s Gold battery told the services has to be provided by the Company Direct . . We found kolkata sukam telephone numbers from SUKAM website which no one was answering .frustrated we called up Delhi office . they took compalin but no one contacted us, we discovered its futile calling delhi.after much arguments with the dealer he gave us the service engineer number when we called him, he syas have you logged the complain, to which we answered where to log in . they said our office has shifted and a new numbers were provided .thereafter Invertors are working. but imagine why all had to fail .within 3 months, apart why new numbers were not updated on websites . How a end user customer can look for their service contact numbers, why dealer didnt give all the details .we discovered the regional manager was sacked hence the messs .do we customer pay for premium brands to go through such hassles. to sum up its a cheapest quality service standards, I have ever come across. out of 8 one UPS 800 VA Sonic model is yet to be serviced.
