This is about my experience with Su-kam Battery. Within six months of purchasing I had to submit the battery to the service center, pune.
There is some fault in the battery so I am supposed to get the replacement of my battery. It is lying in Fursungi, pune service center for last three months.
I have done atleast 100 calls to them every time I call they ask the same thing again and again like compliant no, challan no, battery no, battery type etc and says will get back to you in 2 hours but nobody calls back.
I tried calling Delhi customer care but the same thing repeated.
Customer care doesn’t reply to our emails.
Till now I have talked with Managers, service persons like Manojkumar Rath, Shreejith, Rajiv Gaikwad, Narendra, Ganesh, Mahesh, Kaka, Pavan, Vikram and etc etc
Even Manager said that I will get replacement of battery in 2-3 days but now it has been 2 weeks now but he also never reverted.
Before this I had bought Exide battery. Exide’s Customer care service is very good within 24 hours I got their service.
Hopefully I will get the battery soon otherwise thinking of filing consumer case in court.
The worst experience I have faced in my life.
Please Never buy sukam battery conveying from the bottom of my heart
