I used to work with Su-Kam till last year, had to leave due to personal reasons. In fact I still miss the great workplace environment we used to have there.we had such open culture and the MD is so friendly with all the employees.
It’s true that you realize the importance when you don’t have that things in your life same happened to me. I have realized the importance only after leaving Su-Kam. The employee get together, the celebrations we used to have together as family cannot be found in any other place.
This is also true that Su-Kam is a performance based company, if someone is not performing than obviously that person is a liability on the company but for a person who is sincere and hardworking, sky is the limit.I am a perfect example of this.
Thanks once again Su-Kam for giving me the moments of my life which I will cherish forever.
