I bought a sukam inverter in 2012. the inverter was good. but after one year it starts getting problem. I called the customer care and the had sent the technician and solved my problem. than again in 2014 the same problem occurs.and now when my inverter is out of warranty they do not bother to repair. it called the customer care 5times and every time they say that we had registered your request and our technician will come tommorow. their tommorow never comes. it been 2weeks and their technician still don’t come. poor service from sukam
