I invested in a Su-Kam inverter in June 2008 (Falcon Model, 800 VA) and though in the initial few months all went well, the battery started showing problems of poor backup. The make was "Conrex" and though the sales guys assured me it was a very good one, their words proved false. After persistent complaints it was taken for repair and a few days after it as reinstalled, the old problem cropped up.
Once again after repeated phone calls and threats to sue them, a service engineer showed up and topped the water, saying it would function normally. The next day the lousy bakup reared up again and after threats again it has been replaced with Su-Kam Power Bank SPB 100 model. Have no idea how this is going to fare, but am keeping my fingers crossed.
Any users familiar with this battery model? It really is surprising to see how unorganised the dealers of Su_kam are. There is no point in making tall claims in your advertisements and delivering sub-standard products. And to top it all provide poor after sales. Remember that the internet is the first place people now check for reviews before purchasing a product. Word gets around and your sales will dip with each complaint.
