HI, I am one of those sorry guys who bought a Sukam inverter. My Sukam -Sonic is not even one year old and already I have changed the battery once and again following up with these guys to change the other one they gave. The battery doesnt even hold for half an hour and the overload signal starts beeping even when I switch on one light. They looked at it and said the battery is not charging properly and promised to change it.
I have been calling them for the past two months but the dealer never turned up. They are saying my warranty period has expired .So I called the company directly and they also promised action but zero results.
PLEASE, PLEASE don’t buy Su-kam products they are all sweet talk but zero service. I live in chennai and I hope something will come out of this. Is there any way of making these guys realise how frustrated a customer is?Can anyone tell me how to get service out of these people?
