Su Kam has the one of the worst customer services in the world. I live in Chennai. The dealer who sold the battery to me told that if there is any problem with the battery, they will replace it in 2 days. But days and weeks are gone. It is nearly 25 days since I made the complaint, but still it is not resolved! I called them everyday and each time they will say we will come in two days. But how many "two days"? god only knows. For those who want to buy batteries, I would suggest don’t buy this product. Better go for standard companies.
