I purchased a new Su-Kam inverter on 18 Oct 2009. From the Day 1 it had poor battery back up. I went to the service center but no response from there side.
Again I went to Service Center. This time(second) they refused to repair the complete unit(including battery). I’m very sorry to say this I got a very poor service from them. I even called their help line number but they are not in a mood to take any kind of action. One of the worst service provider in solving complaints. In the recent heat, Delhi is reeling under extreme power cut. The system was bought to give relief but the system is not working when it is MOST NEEDED. I spend huge sum of money to purchase the unit(including batteries). At the end what I got Pain…and lot of pain . I request future inverter user please dont even consider sukam products .
