After reviewing and analysing as many retail companies and stores as possible, I finally give my "Thumbs Up" to Novo Traders in Anna Nagar, Chennai for any inverter or battery related needs. I came to this conclusion after visiting/talking with at least 10 or so different vendors in this market.
I am extremely pleased and impressed with the way I am dealt as a customer from my first discussion until the implementation and support thereafter. All I can say is "Wow" about the professionalism, tehcnical knowledge and quality customer service these guys provided to me as a customer. I will never hesitate to do business with Novo Traders again and also recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks a lot Novo Team!!!!
