I am a resident of outskirts of Chennai, these days we are facing a regular power cut. I thought Su-Kam is the best company for inverters and batteries adn I went for the company through some distributor.
within one year there is no single service attended by the company or the distributor and the back up has come down for 1 hour or 2 hours which was nearly 6 to 8 hours. Very very very poor service and maintenance, when the customer is coming in search of ur company, the company is responsible for all the things and now the SU-KAM company is telling that I have to inform only the distributor , he is responsible and he is not at all attending the call.
What is the need of the company when they are not responsible for the faults. Why the company is giving dealership or distributorship to such irresponsible persons. DON’T GO FOR SU-KAM inverters or batteries, very very very poor service.
ONCE THEY SELL THE PRODUCT THAT’S ALL THE COMPANY OR DEALERS OR DISTRIBUTORSHIP NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING.
