I am using Sine ups (800 VA) for last 2 months. From the first day I witnessed bunch of problems like over loading. Whenever I switched on ups, it automatically trip down. After many failed attempts, I visited there service camp but they are not in a mood to listen .
One of the problem I usually faced from day one is the low battery back up, I cant operate my computer for more than half an hour on a stretch. I even visited their website its https://su-kam.com but unable to solve my queries. I always thought Sukam as a good company but I was in a misconception. Now I learnt how they cheat with ours emotions and trust. They lure you with many tempting offers but when it comes to deliverables they exit from a back door. I would not recommend Sukam products to any in my life. Cheaters….Cheaters …cheaters……
