I bought a falcon 800 VA model about a year back. All the problems, that you can imagine on a UPS has happened to his unit. Dealer service & company service does not exist. I’ even contemplating legal action against such companies that don’t honor warranty. Citizens need to rise up against such companies, with bad attitudes.
It charges even when power supply is on. It keeps discharging even when power supply is on. When it comes on , the time lag loses all my work on the computer since it shuts down. It has gone back to shop 3 times on the last 2 months & it comes back without any improvements. Now, I have threatened the dealer that I will take away a new replacement from him. I’m an architect & I recommend all my client to stay away from Su-Kam.
