I bought Su-Kam brands’s 10 KVA inverter on recommendation of a friend in Gurgaon who had been using the same product for one year without any hassle. It has now been 26 months since I purchased this product. Before my friend informed me, I was not aware that inverters can be sine wave also.
This inverter can take all household load including my two Air Conditioners. I do not come to know when electricity goes. Last month I had problem with batteries which I reported to their call centre somewhere in Delhi and the call was attended within 24 hours. The Engineer who came to attend the complaint also told me about a new product Su-Kam has come up with.
He suggested Battery Equaliser for my batteries. He said it will enhance battery life as it averages out the chanrging of multiple batteries. I gave it some thought and purchased the battery equaliser. To my surprise, the back up also enhanced. Thank you Su-Kam for saving my battery replacement cost for some more time.
