This is one of the biggest mistake of my life , I will never buy sukam product in my life again. I bought this inverter 8 months back , from the day I purchased it makes my life hell.
Every day it automatically trip down even when power is there , this is one of the major flaws of this inverter . The company claims that the price is resonable , but the actual price is much higher . I nearly spent Rs.5000 ( repair included ).
Now I changed my mind , planning to invest my hard-earned money on reliabe inverter company . One of the drawback of sukam inverter is service , my call never get connected or no -responce from their side . NEVER BUY SUKAM INVERTER in future .
I would like to inform all my friends to never ever buy any sukam inverter or ups. Even comapny dealers had nit responded to my queries , they always tries to avoid you like they dont know the help line number etc.
