I had bought this Sukam Digital ups on 28 march 2009 but from the last few months there is some thing wrong with this ups . And the buttons on the ups tear down like on/off buttons are not working, I had registered a complaint in this regard with Sukam service center in Mumbai city since then I have called a number of times at the service centre but everytime I get the same answer i.e. will take a few days.
The ups is full of problems like battery life which is so short that it can’t even run for 2-3 minutes which is very shocking for a ups . Now I am even planning to file my complaint to consumer complaint.com . I actually bought a wrong ups for my home . I appeal to all ups users to not to buy sukam inverter .Don’t go for Sukam Digital Inverter
