Subdine is a food ordering app. You can download the app via Google play store. Good thing about it is food gets delivered to your home, without any delivery charges and you get a nominal discount. You can choose from menus of participating restaurants. After ordering food, they generally give a call from Sub Dine dared to pick the call.
This was around 15 minutes or so after they called me to inform that my previous order could not be processed. I called the restaurant and they said they didn’t get any intimation from Sub Dine. Irresponsible service.confirming the order
I’ve been using this app regularly since its launch and was very happy with it. But there has been mismanagement of late. 2 days back I had to reorder food thrice. The third time, I got no acknowledgement call and I had to call back and no one from Sub Dine dared to pick the call. This was around 15 minutes or so after they called me to inform that my previous order could not be processed. I called the restaurant and they said they didn’t get any intimation from Sub Dine. I’ve stopped using the app since.
