When someone thinks of Subway, it is not recognized that it is a healthy food place after that marketing scam they have been pulling on all of our eyes in the media. People need to realize that that was one of the biggest marketing scams ever pulled to increase sales. It is misleading the way they portray their character on television without giving the actual facts.
Let me put it this way :
If you went to Subway right now and ordered a Tuna Fish Sub with Mayonnaise, Black Olives, Salt, Pepper, Lettuce, Hot Peppers .... it would be more fattening than that of 3/4 of a Big Mac.
Either way, Subway is still a good place to eat if you know NOT to add the fattening ingredients ..... especially the secret sauce, which is simply a mixture of Vinegar and whatever they use to make Big Mac Sauce.
The places I have gone to have always had a neat decor and an interesting design. The pictures on the walls have that old fashioned look from the 1930s and it gives you something to look at while you wait for them for 5 minutes to make your sandwich. Pictures also serve as a purpose to make conversation with those friends you go out with and have nothing to say to. They are very sanitary there as they use the plastic gloves to make your sandwich. Sure as hell dont want no dirty handed lady making my sub.
Wide arrays of subs at the store include my favorite the Tuna Sub. There are ham and cheese subs, Veggie Subs, Meatball Subs, Steak Subs, and many more.
The service is a little slow but only because we have the ability to special order those subs. After the sub is made, it is a little faster than normal and you can see the pace change. They range between 3 and 5 dollars and you have your selection of 6 inch or 12 inch subs.
Youll enjoy the place, somewhat of the service, the sub card which gives you a free sub after 6 subs, and a great FATTENING sandwich. Good luck with it, I encourage you to eat there for a filling meal, although not very healthy.
