I tried to call their VT Branch (65134104 & 105) on four occasion, same problem, they just dont pick up their phone. Wonder how they are still in business. By the way the phone ringer is kept so low that the staff will not be disturbed, now that is real customer care, hope the MD of Subway (one Mr. Chetan) is reading. When tried calling the Nariman Point branch, a girl picked up, English was quite a foreign language to her, tried to get her to phone the VT Branch but just did not manage to get the message across, perhaps I should have tried Gujarati.
When my driver visited them, they were so busy that they were all chatting with NO CUSTOMERS at 1.30 afternoon. They dont even have copies of order-in menus, provided just a photocopy. Just shabby way to do business. Compare to Big Mac just next door, oh what a world of difference. Shows the way even internationally, Subway is no patch to Mac.
