Here I went with one of my colleague, as its close by to my work place . We place an order’SUB OF THE DAY’ for both of us . sh e made the payment using her card . Money got deducted from her account but the outlet people were saying we haven’t received the payment yet . We showed them the message also but they were like - we have not received money . please make another payment .
We asked how come it is possible that money got deducted from our card and you are saying you haven’t received it . However we again made the payment in cash . We asked for the refund or else give the transaction detail of the card . He said I can’t provide . However we went back to work .
After couple of days we called them again asking for the refund as we paid 500 instead of 250 . He was like we don’t know about the payment and they refused to pay the money. so we went to the outlet directly there we asked the manager to ask any of the senior to address the issue via call or else one to one .
Almost after 1 hour of conversation the outlet owner refunded the money .
So be careful while making the payment from cards .
