Bangalore - Outer ring road, ECO space has a SUBWAY outlet, they sent their pamphlets to all surrounding office advertising home delivery and we started ordering sub.
Every time we call them they say min 40 mins as they dont have staff - Why do they have home delivery if they dont have staff, On 5th March I have order a SUB at 1 pm and told a 30 min wait time, I am writing this review at 3 pm and I have yet not recieved the sub, when I called up the store man says, he is on his way.
This is not the first time but every time we order meals from their outlet. Also they are raising the bar to a minimum order value of Rs 200, if we dont order for Rs 200 the delivery boy is demanding cash equivalent to the shortfall of 200 and ensure that it is collected before he leaves. Our office is 200 meters form the outlet, but we cant enter the tech park as we dont work there and have to go through security procedures to even enter the stall and hence we choose to order and avail this facility.
Also several times, half the veggies will be missing as they keep saying they are yet to get stock. I cant understand how they manage to operate a service in this manner. It is really pathetic and despite repeated complaints to the store manager, we get a cold OK Sir reply and thats the END Of story.
