It is the perfect food chain for a fitness freak cause the food served here is very healthy and the fat content is very low.the most amazing thing is that you can customize the content of the subs. For some the food served in subway is bland.salad is always fresh.
I am not a big fan of their vegetarian section/and yes there is a choice of bread for your subs.customer service is okay. Try the Italian honey oat bread(personal favourite) and the only con is that it is a bit pricey.
