I have been wanting to register a complaint against a Mr. Pradeep, who answers the phones for orders in Crowne Plaza, Faridabad.
I had called to place an order and the phone was answered by Mr. Pradeep, who was discourteous and extremely obnoxious when I asked him if the meat they serve is Halal or Jhatka. He seemed to find my question rather funny and managed to crack the joke that they don’t “kill” anything there. When I proceeded to ask for the manager on duty, he hung the phone up on me.
I would like to know, how can you have someone like that answering phones who does even know what meat he is serving, is rude and seemed to think my question was worthy of a joke?
Internationally it is accepted and expected to inform the consumer what meat he/she is consuming, giving due respect to ones religious orientation and health. I have never come across such unacceptable behavior where the restaurant of international origins, seemed to think my religious preferences was laughable and dared to hang up the phone on a customer.
Im trying to get the complaint formally acknowledged but have not been successful so far as there is no hotline or address where such a request can be put forward, as all the outlets are franchisees and thereby conveniently hands off from responsibility.
Would appreciate it if anyone can help me out on this.
Thanks!
