Last year, I bought a Santro Xing from Suhrit Hyundai, Mayapuri, Delhi. The car was delivered to me after a month and a half of booking and paying the whole amount in advance. Even when the car was delivered to me, it wasnt even washed properly. I had got the gear lock from Suhrit installed in it before taking the delivery. The grease marks were all over the steering and dash board.
At the time of the first service, I had complained about the defective AC alongwith the noise of dash board and doors. Even after two services, the problem remains the same. I was assured that the problem would be rectified and they would send someone to pick my car up. But even after so many calls, nobody came to pick the car.
I am not at all satisfied with the service and courtesy of Suhrit Motors. I strongly advise all who plan to buy a car NOT TO BUY IT FROM SUHRIT MOTORS.
